Students must only administer treaments either under supervision or on assignments set by the college, they are required to have pre arranged student practice indemnity insurance cover and to have registered as a student member of the acupuncture society.

The College does not accept any responsibility for changes in the legal requirements of practice as this is a matter for government and regulators, graduates of this College are required to abide by the law and to comply with any legal requirements of practice relating to the county or areas where they are in practice.

Herbal practitioners must not use endangered species or animal parts nor minerals and patient medicines which may void their insurance cover. They are obliged to comply with the law in this respect.

All student members of the acupuncture society are voluntarily bound by the society's code of ethics and any complaints can be emailed to the society for investigation.

Students undergoing disciplinary procedures may be suspended or removed from the student register pending the outcome of any disciplinary action and cannot continue with assignment until cleared by the colleges and acupuncture societies ethical committees.

The society nor the college accepts liability where this procedure has not been followed by a member student practitioner.

All course fees are non refundable

The college accepts no liability in the event of financial or legal circumstance which are beyond its control
